Public material downloads straight from this page. Documents that describe the conformity, testing or internal construction of a specific model are handed over by a person, because what we may send depends on the model, the market and the purpose.

These are the documents a buyer normally needs first. Each one is written for the current range, and a new revision replaces the file on this page.
Specification Sheet
Per-model technical data: dimensions, light output, colour temperature, control, materials and finish, in the form your own specification document can absorb.
Installation Guide
How the fixture is mounted and wired: bracket or plate fixing, cable routing, driver position, and what the electrician needs on site.
User Manual
The end-user document shipped with the product: operation, charging where it applies, and the handling and care the finish expects.
Ordinary Dimension Drawings
Outline drawings of standard models, for checking that the fixture fits the space and the fixing position before you quote.

These documents are specific to a model, a market or a project. Send the model and the destination market and we will tell you what exists, rather than publishing a document that may not apply to your order.
Certification Document
Conformity documents for a specific model and a specific market. The same fixture may be certified for one market and not for another, so we confirm what exists for your model and destination before sending anything.
Test Report
Reports from the tests and inspections described on the Quality & Testing page that were actually performed on the model or the material in question. Reports are issued per project, and the scope of testing is agreed in writing first.
Key Technical Drawings
Assembly and detail drawings, including the modified parts of a customized project. We share these once the project and the receiving party are clear.
Customized Project Material
The documents belonging to your own development: approved artwork, packaging files, the agreed specification and the inspection records of your order.

What to put
in the request
Four lines are enough, and they are exactly what decides which document we may send.
- The model or the series you are quoting, if you already know it.
- The destination market, because conformity documents belong to a market and not only to a product.
- What the document is for: your own technical file, a customer presentation, customs, or an installation team on site.
- Whether you are ordering an existing model or a customized project, since a modified product may need new documents.
